Providing IT support service to an internal and remote user base at Pizza Hut Restaurants, one of the UK’s largest pizza chains, with a diversity of PC/Laptop standards, bespoke, internal and hosted applications was always going to be challenging.
After evaluating various support models during 2014, we decided to use an outsourced partner that could take on the responsibility for providing our IT desk/laptop support to users throughout the UK.

Now just over two years on, i3Q have taken on our 1st and 2nd line Helpdesk functions supporting both internal and remote users, and have provided other ad-hoc services as required including an internal network redesign and cabling works at our Restaurant Support Centre and head offices in Borehamwood, proving that they can deliver more than just standard support operations to our business.
All of the i3Q team are professional, courteous and fully approachable; they have integrated so well in to the Pizza Hut Restaurant environment that we don't view them as an outside team, they are now a key part of our IT operations and all staff throughout the organisation are more than willing to engage with them.

We recently moved into a new building, which was completely empty with no connectivity of any kind. i3Q were our neighbours and we approached them to do all the IT wiring in the building and install ports and connections to our servers throughout the building.
They did a great job, in a very short timescale and were always on hand to answer our challenges and ever changing requirements. The team pulled out all the stops and everything was completed well before our deadline to move in. I have no hesitation in recommending i3Q for technical installations.
